Job Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals for Roofing, Windows and Siding sales to join our team. In this role, you will have opportunities to help homeowners with their Roofing, Window and Siding needs.
Training is supplied for experienced consultants and for those new to the industry.
We offer full training and support; your success is our success.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with progression and reward program.
The world is your oyster with unlimited opportunities and no commission cap.
Progression within Superior Roofing & Exteriors is available for those proven. We are keen to promote from within.

Duties
- A Utilize software tools of communications and projects.
- Perform inspections
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring clear communication of project scope and expectations for Insurance & Retail.
- Provide technical sales support by answering client inquiries and offering expert advice on product selection based on market trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our roofing, windows and siding solutions to potential clients.
- Manage Roof projects, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Oversee roofing installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Windows & Siding installations are managed by management.
