Job Summary

Superior Roofing is hiring a motivated Residential Roofing Salesperson and Inspector to focus exclusively on single family homes, duplexes, and small multi family properties. This role combines on site roof inspections, damage assessments, consultative sales, and estimate preparation. You will educate homeowners, and close residential jobs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough residential roof inspections and document findings with clear photos and notes.
• Prepare professional inspection reports and accurate residential estimates.
• Meet with homeowners to explain damage, present options, and recommend solutions.
• Present product and warranty benefits and answer homeowner questions.
• Follow up with leads, manage opportunities in CRM, and move prospects through the sales process.
• Coordinate with production to schedule jobs and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity.
• Attend training and certification programs as required.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience in roofing sales, home inspections, or construction sales preferred but not required.
• Comfortable performing roof inspections and climbing ladders safely.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; customer first mindset.
• Basic knowledge of residential roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, underlayment) preferred; training provided.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to take clear photos and write concise inspection notes.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and CRM tools.
• Professional demeanor, punctual, and self motivated.
